We are kindly submitting the proposal for the school shed construction

we have enclosed plan of sheds to be constructed.

Please provide us some of the financial part under the CSR fund of your esteemed organization. We have budget contribution of Rs.2.2 lakhs. 

Actually we were going for steel sheet sheds but our engineers have provided us information about your company and your products. 

So we wish to use your panels for our school sheds and requesting to provide some funding from the CSR Fund.

Our organization profile has been enclosed herewith this, our organization has been registreed under the FCRA Act 1960s for accepting foreign donations in cash or kind. And also we will provide the Income Tax exemption to the doner  and also enclosing the profile of the children from very poor and slum area families learning at our school.

If you can help us in this regard, we will be very thankful to you.
