As far as ECONOMY is concerned, Sankalp Patra ( Election Manifesto ) released by BJP yesterday , reads :

In order to incentivise compliance of law and ease of doing business, amend the COMPANIES ACT, to impose civil liability and procedural defaults of a minor nature , thus unclogging the majority of cases from courts



This is as good a " Sankalp ( Aspiration ) " as any !


How does BJP plan on turning it into a " Sampann ( Achievement ) " ?

We will also interlink databases — Income Tax Department, GSTN, RBI and FIU so that routine enforcement is done 24x7 on an autopilot basis.

#   Alphabetical Search ( All companies starting with a given alphabet )


#   Auto Suggest   (  no matter what spelling mistake a visitor may make )


#   Industry-wise Search ( Companies listed under their main business activity )


      This means , a given company can appear under more than one Industry Category


#   City wise search  ( Companies listed according to city names )


#   Combination of “ Industry wise “ and  “ City wise “ ( quick zero in )



I urge you to consult FICCI – ASSOCHAM – CII etc for improvement in user interface


No doubt, I suppose , you will also examine my suggestions listed in earlier links
