FW: Pending Matters

Nitin

Re blogging site , Kailas updated me on the discussion he had with you , yesterday afternoon

Accordingly ,
Ø Kailas will take help from Shivanand for HiStat Counter and Feedjit panel
Ø We will forget about the “ Always Open “ Post Comments box and proceed with Promo Emails

In light of this , I would request you to take up , on a Priority Basis , item # 8 from the following list

As mentioned earlier , the pages will display a MATRIX of 12 (Months ) columns and 31 ( Days ) Rows

Each cell will contain / display a “ Count “ of the No of Resumes / Candidates , whose birthday falls on that Day / Month

Clicking on this Number will display the relevant resumes , in under 3 seconds ( very important )

These resumes will be pre-sorted and stored in mini-databases , according to dates / months

How soon can this be implemented ?

RE: Big Data Innovation Conference

Rohini

No problem

Based on all the emails that I have sent so far , you should prepare an outline of the Data mining Project

That paper would help all of us to know , in advance , what to expect when the project gets completed ( hopefully , by Dec 2013 ? )

As explained to you over phone yesterday , this “ Data Mining and trend / pattern generation “ must happen online on www.CustomizeResume.com

Quite likely , we , currently have some 3 million job advts in CustomizeResume web site

By a copy of this email , I am requesting Shuklendu , to add to this , another 3 million job advts which are available in www.IndiaRecruiter.net web site

And , since this database ( of job advts ) keeps growing at approx 1,000 per day , the software that you develop and install on CustomizeResume web site should be such that , the trends / patterns / search results etc , are generated dynamically / on-the-fly , any time a visitor selects any given,

Ø Search Criteria ( Industry / Company / Position / Time Period etc )

Ø Tabular or Graphical Display ( graphs are critical to visualizing trends / patterns )

If there are any questions , feel free to phone me

I hope , you could talk to Shuklendu re your technical queries

Regards

Hcp

We should seriously consider reviving , www.IndiaRecruiter.net

About a year back , while talking about this ( revival ) , Nitin mentioned that , it may take 2/3 hours to “ connect-up “ the software code ( available with you , in the back-up taken at Reliance Server Farm ), with the databases of IndiaRecruiter

Family Tree

Dear Children

I just registered on   www.Geni.com
And started our Family Tree !
Over the next few weeks , Sanjeevni ( from 3P office ) will help me ( in her spare time ) , to enter details of PAREKH FAMILY tree , going back up to our AADI PURUSH ,  Shri Mala Vasta
I believe , I am the 16th generation !
In the meantime , you may want to “ Invite “ other / younger members of our “ Extended Family “ ( no need to have “ Parekh “ , as their surname ! ), to register on Geni.com and start their own family trees

Beauty is :

Wherever / whenever ( in anybody’s tree ), Geni software finds a COMMON name , in any two ( or more ) trees , it will automatically connect up those trees !
Then we will find some method of finding Email IDs of all PAREKHS , all over the WORLD , and request them to join up !

Can You please Help ?

Shuklendu  /  Nitin

Kailas needs your help in the following changes to the blogging site :

·        Modify “ Post Comment “ box such that it is always open ( no need to click on the link to open ), on all the pages

·        Insert “ HiStat “ counter and “ Feedjit “ panel in two sections ( Marcom and Letters to L&T Employees )

Till this gets done , I am holding-up release of Promo Email to 25,000 Senior Executives

I would appreciate if these changes can be implemented today

Page Write-ups

Shuklendu / Nitin

http://www.customizeresume.com/Jobseeker/Default.aspx
On this page , following “ Figures “ need updating :
Ø Job Search
Ø Job Archive
Ø Resume Blast
Pl also check other pages where there might be similar figures
Best thing would be to make these dynamically changing “ Counters “ so that we don’t need to update manually , again and again

Creating Mailing Lists for B2B / B2C

Shivanand

Nitin has already sent to you 10,000 records of Jobseeker ( Consumer ) Database
Pl let me know if Ashwini”s team has been able to link up with this correctly and were able to create those Mailing Lists thru successive applying of different filters
If successful , would you like to test your software on a larger sample of , say , 100,000  records ?
Team must test it again and again , using different “ sequences “ of applying the filters ( different orders )

Next , the team should move onto generation of GRAPHICS
