Ø Whatever Alec recommends in respect of improving our service on > www.My-Teacher.in < is concerned , we should try to implement along with the completion of Mock Test feature ( English version ), by 1st week of august
Ø As far as “ assigning “ each of those 30,000 + documents ( which generated 185,000 memory blocks ), to one of those 15 different PERSONAS is concerned , it is a LOW PRIORITY item. At this stage, all that is required is for both of you to understand detailed instruction sent by Alec through a separate e-mail. At this moment , there is no need for Kishan to spend any time for writing a script
Ø Starting today , we have suspended our PROMO EMAIL campaign for My Teacher . So far , it has failed to generate a satisfactory response. Then , as Sandeep pointed out yesterday , yesterday’s mails got blocked and there is a risk of being “ Black listed “ as a SPAMMER ! We , just cannot take this risk. At the same time , mass emailing is the only cost-effective option. Therefore , by end of this month , Sandeep must figure out some CLEVER way to re-start mass emailing by 7th Aug, without risk of getting black listed
Ø I also feel that , instead of sending emails to Teachers / Principals / Parents, we must send mails directly to SCHOOL STUDENTS , who are the real users of My Teacher. Therefore, we must step up our efforts to get their email IDS. I have a feeling that by the time, a child enters 7th Standard , he / she must have obtained E mail ID
Ø The trick ( for making My Teacher to go VIRAL ) is to get the students to forward to their Whatsapp Group ( class-mates ), screen shots of :
