Yesterday,
I had a cursory look at the databases supplied by you.
I
felt very frustrated and cheated !
Here
is why :

Database ( promised 25 lakhs records )
I have yet to count the total numbers but what hurts real bad is that hardly
2-3 % of the records have email IDs ! This means, out of 25 lakhs, we may
finally get no more than 25,000 useful records !

Databases ( 50 lakh “ experienced candidates + 40 lakh fresh graduates
databases promised )
We could find only ONE excel sheet containing approx. 5.99 lakh records with
all 25 FIELDS – similar to what you had sent us last time ! Even here, records
of fresh graduates are mixed up with the records of “ experienced professionals
“ !
This is absolutely SHOCKING, to say the least ! This is nothing less than
“ Cheating “ !
Even the latest sample of “ Fresh Graduates “ which you had emailed to me 10 /
15 days back, contained all 25 Fields ( columns ).
You are obliged to send to us, at least 40 lakh
records which are absolutely IDENTICAL to the sample records sent by you for
Fresh Graduates.
And you are further obliged to send to us 50 lakh records of “ Experienced
Professionals “ – once again IDENTICAL to the recent sample records sent by you
and similar to your supply 2 months back.
In fact, as pointed out to you over phone on several occasions, against your
earlier promised supply of 70 lakh records of “ Experienced Professionals “, we
received only 47 lakhs !
I
have no interest – nor any use – for the Text Resumes records which you have
sent, nor any interest in the Email Ids only database .
In
light of these revelations, I demand that you
IMMEDIATELY rush to me the databases which you have promised and for
which, you have sent me recent SAMPLES.
If there is any delay in this, I would be obliged to take
appropriate LEGAL ACTION – inclusive of lodging a complaint with Consumer
Protection Council.
