Thanks. We should see more penetration of smart metering, apart from as makes it possible to pay any discom bill from anywhere through bill pay stacks. Adding onto this the benefit net metering and virtual metering makes it possible for us to get invested in roof top solar projects anywhere in India and offset the solar credit money in any electricity bills of self, friend n family any place in India.
For Example I got invested for as little as INR 2500 at a solar rooftop at Lodha Green building at Mumbai and the solar credit share earned from there I can use to pay my electricity bills at MSEDCL Pune, my other set up electricity bill at Ghaziabad UP and my native village home electricity in Southern Odisha.

During our meeting yesterday , I demonstrated the process of writing a blog, as follows :
Ø Read headlines from newspapers ( I subscribe to Times of India / Economic Times / Hindustan Times / Business Lines )
Ø Cut out some news , for which I want to write a blog ( I enter on each cutting > Name of paper / date )
Ø From each cutting, I enter the news-heading in Google to get several related links
Ø In those links , my first choice is the link from same news paper . If I cannot find , then link from some other source for same “ news “
Ø I copy / paste the “ News Heading “ and the URL , in a WORD document under “ Context “
Ø I copy / paste ( entire or partial news from that link ) text under “ Extract “
Ø I highlight some keywords in the pasted TEXT
Ø Then I proceed to MY TAKE
Ø I enter some news-related keywords in our BLOGGER Dashboard to locate, one or more of my OLD BLOGS about the same subject . When I
find one suitable / relevant , I type its heading AND URL , under “ My Take “
Ø Under “ Extract “ , I copy /paste, relevant paragraphs from one of the selected OLD BLOG
As I mentioned yesterday , most of the times , a link of “ Times of India / Economic Times “ do NOT permit “ copy / paste “ [ pl find out how much would it cost / year for subscription and let me know ]
In such case , I adopt one of the following options :
Ø Manually read and TYPE OUT the desired paragraphs from TOI / Eco Times , OR
Ø Select similar news from “ HT / BL “ or any other source ( Hindu / Indian Express etc ) , which permits copy / paste
Please send Dilip to my home tomorrow to pick-up all the news cuttings – which I have segregated newspaper – wise
Then create following 4 tabulations ( 3 columns in Excel ? ) – separate one for each news paper :
Ø Title / Heading of the news

Ø If copy / paste NOT allowed, then URL of any other source ( for similar or identical news-heading ), which DOES allow copy /paste

When I send these links while reading on my iPAD , it gets stored in a folder ( which you created ) titled “ iCloud Emails “
Here is a crazy thought ( for examining by Kishan ) :
Instead of sending these links to hcp@RecruitGuru.com from my iPAD or PC , could I . possibly send it to “ BlogGenie@RecruitGuru.com “ – and it gets automatically loaded into Blog Genie , straight away ?
Now , since I send many of these links ( to myself ) between 8 pm to 10 pm , lying in bed, while pretending to watch TV but reading on iPAD , I have certainly no desire ( or strength ) to write a blog , right away !

· I am glad , we were able to ( more or less ) , finalize what the tool should be able to do ( generate blogs in 2 formats + post on Social Media + auto e-mail to select groups ) . As far as posting the generated blog on Blogger is concerned, it seems , I would need to do it manually from a WORD doc generated by tool. This was considering that a generated blog MIGHT contain URL links / images. But, in case it does NOT , then can Blogger API allow auto uploading ? If yes , pl provide for this “ auto – upload “ option
· Besides accessing database of my past blogs , tool will also search entire Web ( thru LLM ? ) for finding latest developments on the “ Blog Topic “
· It is welcome that , we will be able to use FREE APIs
· The tool and database will be hosted on my home PC

DPI platform ‘Niti for States’ to offer key insights to officials.. Eco Times / 07 March 2024

The government’s public policy advisory body Niti Aayog is launching a digital cross-sectoral knowledge platform called Niti for States, which will create a digital public infrastructure (DPI) for policy and governance. It may also make the platform, likely to be launched on Thursday, artificial intelligence-enabled, official sources told ET.
Niti for States will have a multi-sectoral live repository of :
# 7,500 best practices,
# 5,000 policy documents,
# 900 datasets,
# 1,400 data profiles of states, districts, blocks etc.
- broken down by demography and socioeconomic indicators, and
# 350 NITI publications.
While the platform will be accessible online to all to help think-tanks, academia etc., the primary goal is to enable better policymaking as a ‘one stop shop’ for officials down to local levels to access robust, contextually relevant and actionable knowledge and insights for quality decision making.
It will also have knowledge products spanning 10 sectors including agriculture, education, energy, health, livelihoods and skilling, manufacturing, MSME, tourism, urban, water resources and sanitation and hygiene, across two cross-cutting themes—gender and climate.
The platform is integrated with Niti Aayog’s National Data Analytics Platform as the main data source.
“Niti for States comes from a basic mandate of Niti Aayog, which is to foster cooperative federalism and aid good governance with a whole-of government approach… This requires interoperability of databases and real-time sharing of work, for which going digital is the only way,” an official said.
Around six states have been on-boarded to access and engage with the platform already, and all have been approached to upload their data and best practices to populate the platform.
Apart from the online portal, Niti Aayog will also launch a voice-enabled Viksit Bharat Strategy Room in its premises, which will in future have multilingual capabilities in 22 languages. The platform repository has been input in the room to enable rich data visualisation for immersive engagement with knowledge and insights for effective in-person discussions and decision making.
The National e-Governance Division was the service provider for setting up the room.
“The experience room aims to revolutionise policymaking by integrating data-driven insights, fostering collaboration, and enabling evidence-based governance. Through the convergence of cutting-edge technology, geospatial data and real-time monitoring, the experience room will empower policymakers to navigate complex challenges and steer the nation towards sustainable growth and development,” Saurav Bhaik, founder and CEO of tech-experiential company Tagbin, which provided the technology for the strategy room, told ET.
The company’s speech-to-text and text-to-speech software, along with multilingual capabilities through the government’s Anuvadini initiative, were used to make the centre voice-enabled, he added.
The official said that states will ideally leverage the centrally-made software package to replicate the strategy room in their respective capitals going forward, with added tools and local contextualisation.
