Sucheta Kulkarni – Business Head ( SHRCPL ) – Mumbai

Sucheta  is a PGDBM from NMIMS, Mumbai and has majored in Business Management and HR. She  has an qualitative experience of around 20 years across varied industries, with chronicled success in handling and driving different business verticals with complete profit accountability.   A good performance record across diverse areas of revenue generation, cost centre management, people management, and execution of focussed projects at the corporate level.  Her exposure and understanding of planning and implementing Core-HR activities inclusive of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, grievance management, employee engagement activities, employee motivation and training initiatives is worth mentioning.

Sucheta commenced her career in the year 1994 where she joined Pegasus Fiscals Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai as Sales Executive and promoted as a Team Leader for her outstanding performance. Her next assignment was with Sodexho Pass Services (I) Ltd as Head – Client Relation, handling a team of 4 and a revenue target of Rs. 360 million per annum. Here she served various clients such as Tata Group, Mahindra Group, ICICI Group, NABARD, Shipping Corporation of India etc. Her next  assignment was with Aviva  Life Insurance Company as a Manager- Corporate Workplace Marketing.

At Zenta Pvt Ltd , Sucheta was the AVP–Projects, HR & Communications for a period close to 3 years. Her core responsibilities here was of managing entire gamut of HR activities (in coordination with HODs of different divisions). Sucheta then joined  HIRCO  Development Pvt Ltd as Vice President–Indirect Sales and handled Property Management processes and implementation as an independent Business Unit at Chennai. Her association with Symphonica Communications Pvt. Ltd dates back to 2009 where she started this venture  of an advertising company. Sucheta then joined a firm named Smmart Training & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. It is a Training, Coaching, Consultancy Mentoring and Enablement Company with  an annual turnover of over Rs 120 millions. Here she conduct projects of Entrepreneurial Coaching. Thereby SHE worked in parallel for 2 different companies as Consultant with Smmart Training & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and Symphonica Communications Pvt. Ltd.

Her family comprises of her mother, brother and sister.

She takes keen interest in  reading, cooking and training.

Siddhika Raikar – Research Associate  ( SHRCPL ) – Mumbai

Siddhika is a post graduate Diploma in  planning and Entrepreneurship from Indian Institute of Planning & Management (Mumbai). She has 9 months of experience with Colvill Bank as a Researcher/ Recruiter. Siddhika  also done her internship from Universal Hunt as a HR Business consultant wherein she was in charge of internal recruitment for a period of 45 days.

Siddhika’s area if interest likes in reading novels, singing and cooking.

Her family comprises of 5 members including herself. Siddhika’s father owns a small jewellery shop. Her mother is a home –maker and her elder sister is working with HDFC Securities while her younger sibling is studying in college.
