My very first concern for you is the existence of almost identical sounding web site , namojobs  !

I went to the wrong site , a couple of times !

I presume that , your site is still , a " Work in Progress "

Your site-construction being different from most of the standard job-portals , is likely to face greater resistance , from , both jobseekers and employers .  May be you have already considered this before designing

Some 7 years back , we had developed a tool called  RESUME  RATER and uploaded it on Softpedia / Cnet etc

It got " copied " on some 20 other web sites for FREE download

By now , some 15,000 + copies have been downloaded by Recruiters around the World  !
