Create  2000 buildings of low cost 2 bedroom flats and shift residences of same no of dilapidated /crumbling buildings in the Island City. Then demolish these dangerous buildings and in their spaces , create gardens

Create 10,000 buildings containing 100,000 , one bedroom flats and shift there , all slum dwellers. In vacated spaces , create gardens
