RE-CHARGE BONUS

This is continuation of our yesterday's debate

Yesterday , we talked of " JOINING  BONUS " of 100 emails ( or 1000 emails )

This initial FREE TRIAL offer is to get more companies to register and experiment , hoping that at least 20 % ( 1 in 5 ) , would , subsequently Re-Charge their accounts and become permanent users

We would get AUTHENTIC DATABASE of recipient companies

Then there is another angle to this JOINING BONUS :

Obviously , those who register to take advantage of out FREE TRIAL offer , would , most certainly compose some Marketing Message and blast it to some 1,000 recipient companies

As per Netcore Dashboard , the " OPEN " rate for Aqua Foundation was , approx 10 %

If this applies to those FREE TRIAL joinees , then we can expect that 100 ( out of those 1000 ) recipient companies will OPEN that message and become aware of B2B service !

This is much better than , we ourselves , sending out PROMO emails ! Coming from an actual USER / SUBSCRIBER of B2B , this would be far more convincing ! A third party opinion !

Next thing :

When some of these FREE TRIAL-walas , come back to " Re-Charge " their A/C , it would be in our interest to get them to make LARGE payment instead of a SMALL payment

We need to provide them with an incentive for doing so

That could be done by giving them RE-CHARGE BONUS , in the form of additional FREE emails, on a sliding scale

The following proposed Tabulation will make it clear :

Last column shows what we will be paying Netcore for those ADDITIONAL FREE BONUS emails

Of course , if " No of Email Selected " lies in between , then the BONUS % of the lower slab should apply

Eg :

If a user selects 15,000 emails ( = Rs 3,000 ) , then he gets 10 % bonus emails = 1500 email free

If you agree ( with whatever modification that you suggest ) to this proposal , then , for each Subscriber , we will need to maintain two separate Databases , to be called ;


STANDARD EMAIL ACCOUNT


BONUS EMAIL ACCOUNT ( irrespective of whether it is JOINING bonus or it is RE-CHARGE bonus )


Obviously , there will be corresponding separate COUNTERS as well

As a policy , our software will FIRST debit all email blasted to " STANDARD ACCOUNT " , and also keep decreasing the numbers in " STANDARD ACCOUNT COUNTER "

When that Counter reaches ZERO , s/w will start debiting the " BONUS EMAIL ACCOUNT ' and make corresponding reductions in " BONUS EMAIL COUNTER "

Of Course , we will need to show both of these counters on both the BLAST pages

Concept is similar to the " RESERVE TANK " for petrol that we used to have in some cars , some years back !

I remember , car coming to a sudden stop ( of course , with fuel tank needle on RED region ) , then getting down , opening the dicky and moving the lever to RESERVE TANK , to continue driving and looking out for next petro pump !
