We are delighted to inform you that the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) is organizing a seminar on “Funding SMEs - The Challenges & Risks Within” on 27^th August, 2014 at Hotel Four Seasons, Mumbai.

We have invited Shri Narayan Rane, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Ports, Employment and Self-Employment, Government of Maharashtra to inaugurate the seminar. We have also invited Shri R. Gandhi, Deputy Governor, Reserve Bank of India to deliver the keynote address. Besides, we are also inviting senior government officials from Ministry of MSME, NSIC, SIDBI, banks, financial institutions and many more to join us at the seminar.

The objective of the seminar is to provide a common platform for deliberation among SMEs, Banks & Financial Institutions, Stock Exchanges, Credit Rating Agencies, Factoring Agents & Invoice Brokers, PE & VC firms, and many others to understand difficulties MSMEs are facing in respect of their financial needs vis-à-vis finding out workable solutions so that ‘finance’ does not become stumbling block in their operations.
