I am aware of Google's Ad Sense where , as a publisher , I would get paid ONLY when a visitor actually clicks on an Ad appearing on my web site

As far as your CPM model is concerned , I suppose you will pay me based on the " Number of Times " your network displays an Ad on my web site , whether any one clicks on it or not

Please confirm . Also let me know the CPM rate

Then we can meet up sometimes next week for finalizing

Hello Hemen,

It was nice meeting you at the Netcore Event. As discussed with you We are a google Adxseller partner where we tie up with premium publisher base and run display banner ads by google. The payout is on a CPM basis and it is on a revenue sharing model where the publisher gets 60% and the Ad Network 40%. It is better than the Google Ad Sense model where the payout is on a CPC basis. We have lots of publisher who have enrolled for this program and are very satisfied with it.
