A lot has changed in L&T since I
retired 27 years ago !
No clue who ( HR or Purchase ) handles
such outsourcing ; possibly , jointly based on requirements laid down by
HR
But you need to offer a cost / time
saving ( to L&T ) based on proposing some INNOVATION in the current process
( what else is your “ competitive advantage “ ? )

Vasudevan from L&T CMB. Mr. Vasudevan is head HR based out of Bangalore
office. We reached out to them for handling their outsourced payroll. Wanted to
check with you if procurement or HR would be the right department to connect
further on this? Our proposal is stuck at the moment.
