 Even as GPT-4 is reportedly on the anvil, it's becoming easier and cheaper to make ChatGPT-like tools but there are caveats.

 

The issues that bug ChatGPT and the hype around it notwithstanding let’s explore how easy or hard it will be for companies to build viable business models, given the costs involved.

 

The good news for companies that plan to integrate #chatgpt into their own applications is that #openai is now allowing developers to integrate its ChatGPT and Whisper (automatic speech recognition system) models into their own applications and products through OpenAI’s application programming interface, or API.

It is unlikely to be long before website of some headhunting firm incorporates ChatGPT ( thru API available from OpenAI ), on its home page with a caption :

 

“ Dear Executive ,

 

  For more than one reason, our Consultants may not be available to chat with you – and learn a lot about you ( your qualifications – skills – domain knowledge – experience – achievements – functional / industrial exposure etc ) – when YOU are free to share

 

No problem

 

We have ChatGPT built into this page
