Hi Friends,

Even as I launch this today ( my 80th Birthday ), I realize that there is yet so much to say and do. There is just no time to look back, no time to wonder,"Will anyone read these pages?"

Fwd: PROJECT PLAN for MY DIGITAL AVATAR

 Suman,

Is Manoj's understanding correct ?

If so, I would ask him to go ahead and develop various counters and having captured the data , forward to Personal.ai for further processing

This would also include development of " Rating " system for the " answers " by questioner as well as other online visitors

This still leaves out the matter of parsing ALL 96,000 memory blocks and arrange the keywords ( topics ) in descending order of frequency of occurrence,  sorted alphabetical and displayed on U / I , for visitors to click on

Since, Atidan have no access to my memory blocks, they cannot do the parsing

I request you to do this at your end and enable Atidan to access these through some API

Regards, to

Hemen

With best regards

Hemen Parekh

Subject: RE: PROJECT PLAN for MY DIGITAL AVATAR

Hemen Sir, thanks for getting back.

I am on leave Friday till Monday, so we can meet on Tue/Wed. Please let me know when it works for you.

Phase 1 development is more focused on delivering MVP which only consume Personal.ai message API (for Question/Answer flow).

Next Phases will surely depend on what Personal.ai can provide, as they claimed they will have some metrics related API in the coming year, then we should be able to report such metrics on the website. Currently, they don’t support any, so we will implement Site visitors / unique visitors / questions asked at the website level.

Also, Personal.ai may bring additional feature to tag you memory blocks with additional properties that may help us to use derive the animations on avatar on the website based on those properties returned in the response from Personal.ai. (e.g., mood of the question).

Surely, we can discuss more when we meet.

Regards,

Manoj Hardwani

Manoj,

Many thanks for your proposal

Yes, there are a few things which I would like to clarify with you , in a across the table meeting

Can you meet me tomorrow afternoon at 4 pm at 3P’s office on Saki Vihar road ?

Regards,

Hemen

PS :

When we meet, could you bring with you , a statement / list of precise support that we will need from Personal.ai , for various features / functionalities ( Phase wise )

In this list, you may also show / list those features which Personal.ai do NOT have and which ATIDAN will develop / incorporate in the U / I ?

Eg :

  • Various counters
  • Answer Rating System ( both, by the questioner as also by other online visitors )

How will Personal.ai “ use “ this feedback from our U / I ?

What about “ Keywords / Topics “ obtained by parsing all 96000 + Memory Blocks – and then arranging and displaying these ( alphabet wise ), in descending order of “ Frquency of Occurrence “ ? Will Personal.ai do this or ATIDAN do this ? . In my last email , I had shown such a tabulation

Manoj,

In your Whatsapp message last night, you wrote :

“…finalizing the proposal based on Kartavya’s feedback . …will share asap “

It gives me a lot of assurance and confidence that Kartavya is taking personal interest in this project

Following is a proof of his “ thoroughness “  :
