From this mail, you will observe that :

 

Ø www.hemenparekh.ai  website is almost ready and Manoj wants to carry out “ server setup “ , next week

Ø We plan to host it on Go Daddy

Ø We will discuss the hosting plan in a video call next week ( I will forward invite to you, when received )

Ø Vishesh suggests that we start with the cheapest hosting plan ( Rs 499 per month ) – then upgrade if needed

 

I presume, hosting will require us to name a person as “ ADMIN “ . I suggest we give your name

 

This will make it easy for you to make required online payments to Go Daddy – as also to upgrade when needed

 

As far as “ Text to Speech “ feature is concerned, Manoj recommends that initially, we go for the FREE plan of Microsoft Azure – then upgrade later on if needed . It will be a synthetic voice. I suppose Manoj will do this ( registration ? )

Hi Hemen Sir,

 

GoDaddy shared web hosting is not recommended. It is only recommended for websites with static content (few html pages) and small number of visitors. This does not provide performance and dedicated resources.

 

Digital Avatar is dynamic website that interacts with APIs and database, requires dedicated resources (CPU/Memory). This can be supported by using dedicated VM (Virtual Machines) hosting plans.

 

With GoDaddy, the minimum VPS/VM based hosting plan recommended is:

 

Self-Managed Linux 2 CPU / 4 GB RAM – Rs. 2,249/month or Rs. 1,799/month (with 12-month subscription)  - Configuration (godaddy.com)

Many thanks, for your prompt response providing approval on FRS except for the infra.

 

As far as the Infra (Azure), considering the technicality, I cannot comment on the possibility to host on Go Daddy. I defer it to Manoj to comment/or, analyze to check the feasibility.

Updated FRS is OK except for the indicated  monthly charge of Rs 5,000 for Microsoft Azure service, which is very expensive

 

Today , Vishesh has sent email to Manoj requesting him to phone him re: a possibility to host on Go Daddy for Rs 2,000 / year

 

May be you can comment on this

Hello Hemen Sir,

 

As we discussed during our FSD walkthrough meeting on 17 Jan, please see attached the report (.docx) and the timesheet (.xlsx) that we use to follow and share weekly.

However, since we started on the project work from the start of Jan 2023, this report captures the data from 1 Jan till the last week, i.e., till 15 Jan.

You will get a similar report every week. Example: The current week (16 Jan to 22 Jan), you will get it in the subsequent week on Mon or Tue. Similarly, at end of the month if the week falls in between.

 

As you are getting this first time, please see below… The report (.docx) you will find below sections,

• Timesheet for the duration (individual time track for each day)
• Action items (we could have actions either way)
• I have added a couple of just to give you a view
• Soon the FRS will be updated and shared, the next action would be, approval from you as we discussed and explained the features, estimate, timeline, and in overall.
• Activity/ progress update – You will get it from the next report onward once the FRS is updated
• Weekly Summary (the hours invested) by group/ Team, e.g. Development, PM, etc.
• Monthly Hour tracking, and
• Notes (if any specific)
