It is , therefore of UTMOST IMPORTANCE that, we are able to WOW – DAZZLE , the visitor , in her first 5 SECONDS of visit ! Surely, you have heard of the “ Elevator Pitch “ !
If our visitor leaves our site in those first 5 seconds, there is no chance of her coming back for a second visit !
# We must launch it ( after very thorough TESTING , giving perfectly relevant answers ), before 25th Jan – preferably earlier

At the outset, I wish a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR to ATIDAN team and PERSONAL.AI team
It was a pleasure welcoming you and Kartavya to my home on 21 Dec 2022 , for discussing and finalizing the features of My Digital Avatar U / I
The discussions centered around my hand-drawn template of U / I ,dated 17 Dec 22 , sent to you earlier ( see attachment )
We reached following “ tentative “ decisions :
Ø VISITOR side ( Left Column )
# No photo of a visitor.
This block ( space ) to be used to list the names of the cities from which , each visitor is arriving ( IP location tracking ). The block may , at any given time, hold 10 city-names. As soon as a new visitor arrives, her city-name will appear on TOP of the list and the bottom-most will disappear. Against each city-name, the TIME of ARRIVAL will be shown.
This feature is for “ Marketing “ the website. Obviously, rapidly arriving new visitors, is bound to impress all who are ONLINE – and certainly the latest arriving person , when she sees her city-name popping up in that block. Number of City-Names at 10, as well as the placement of that block in the U/I , are only tentative and the U / I designer is free to come up with other ideas
# Hints
Based on my past experience and some feedback from Suman, it was decided ( not during the meeting but ¾ days ago ), that we will drop :
“ Start question with, WHAT –WHY – WHERE – WHEN - HOW – WHY “
We will also replace “ Listing A , B , C ..etc “ and clicking on these alphabets by a Search Bar, in which , a visitor can start to type any Search Term ( Topics / Keywords )
As soon as she types the very first Alphabet, all the Keywords starting with that alphabet will appear in a Drop-list. As she continues typing the following characters, the list will shrink
Ø AVATAR ( Middle Column )
# Introductory Questions ( could be called FAQ ? )
These will be telescoped . clicking on any will open up right below it, the relevant answer. This will save space ( real estate )
# Answer Rating block
We will keep this and collect the results although Pesonal.ai will be ready to receive these results ( through an API ), only after 4 / 6 weeks – when we will hook up
# BOX for “ Questions Asked By Others ( Click Any ) “
This is a very important feature and we should attempt to accommodate into that box, as many questions as possible ( how many seconds should top question stay on ? )
Reason :
# It will be a great help to those visitors who are at a loss as to “ what question to ask ? how to frame a question correctly ? “ . All she has to do is to pick what question appeals to her and click to transfer it to the QUESTION BOX. The moment she does , relevant answer will crop up in the ANSWER BOX and MY VOICE will be heard from the screen !
This will put the visitor at ease ( not feel daunted ) . And if the answer that she reads / hears, is relevant , she may get tempted to click on another and another and another ! Out of curiosity, It could become a GAME !
For this reason, before public launch, at the time of testing , we will fill up this box with some questions which return MOST RELEVANT answers ! Seeding
Ø MY AVATAR ( Right side Column )
# Share links
To be retained / expanded . Can we provide some EASY method by which a Visitor can E-MAIL a Screen-shot of the entire page to anyone ? This would help go AVATAR go VIRAL and motivate thousands to want to develop their OWN AVATARS . No one will click open a mailed “ hyperlink “ !
# Metrics
We will develop these / capture and store captured data , but HIDE these block – until the figures start looking respectable . Scant / low counters may put-off the visitors
# ANSWER BOX
Ideally > as each word ( text ) appears in the box, MY CLONED VOICE will speak it . Initially, there may not be LIP-SYNCING ( but to be attempted )
Less than Ideal > One line of text appears , gets read out , then the next line appears
# My Photo
This MUST be animated , using any number of DEEP FAKE ai apps available
