As per Vishesh, uploading my digital content on Google Cloud and then sending its link to a hundred persons, cannot turn Google Cloud into a “ Question / Answer “ platform , powered by ChatGPT
Hence it will be a waste of time / effort

What we need to figure out is :

Of course, when Voice-clone API becomes available from Personal.ai in 3 months, we will get ATIDAN to incorporate it in our site ( along with lip-sync animation )
This will make our site, a bit more interesting – but, in itself , adding this feature still may not be of big help

Considering that my digital content runs into 30,000 + typed documents, uploading on Google Cloud and then sending you the link, seems like the only viable option. Once this happens, I suppose you will draw upon / consult that digital content, whenever I pose to you any question in this chat window. What , however, I want is for any person ( not just me ) , to be able to ask a question to my Digital Avatar ( residing on Google Cloud ? ) , and get a reply and then continue conversing with my digital avatar.
