Dear Monica

To say the least, this is most frustrating !

Your original quotation / offer clearly said “ Delivery within 7 days “. Your revised offer said the same thing.

Since our order is dated 19th, we clearly mentioned in our order “ Delivery latest by 26th “

Even your order acceptance / confirmation said “ Delivery within 7 days “

What you are indicating now , is not only a “ breach of the terms of contract “, it is also a “ breach of trust “ !

All these years, I had held Michael Dell – and his company in high regard. Now, I am having second thoughts.

Should Reliance shut down our websites today ( as clearly mentioned in my last email to Praytush ), I hold DELL- India responsible – and liable for “ liquidated damages “.

I hope, you will not force us to resort to “ Risk Purchase “

Hi, my colleague Mr. Kailas was co-coordinating with you team regarding the server delivery. We are waiting for you to update a confirmed date of delivery for the server order placed. In the purchase order, it was clearly agreed upon to deliver the servers on or before 26th April 2011. We are trying to reach you on +91-80-2510 7681 (as per your signature) and Mr. Pratyush on his cell Ph Number, but we are sad to say that neither of you are picking up or reverting the call back. Earlier, our Chairmen, Mr. Hemendra Parekh had also wrote a mail regarding the server delivery but nothing has been reverted.

Coming to conclusion, we expect you to update us with exact delivery date of server to our office premises. Since it is matter of high priority, we expect you to revert back on the same at the earliest.
