Such words , enable me to overcome my cynicism of 50 years of
Congress rule and light a lamp of hope !
True , those ministers / MPs / MLAs / Bureaucrats etc ., do not
seem to read my emailed suggestions , or
if read , do not wish to comment on these , one way or the other
!
Perhaps because " commending " my thoughts , may not
be politically correct thing to do !
The only exception was Shri Prakash Javadekar , who did respond
to my suggestion on embedding notes with RFID , by just one word , " Good
" !
Incidentally , in today's papers , did you read about thieves
cutting through the roof of a train carriage and taking away Rs 372 crore worth of currency notes (
obviously , Rs 500 / 1000 notes ), belonging to RBI ?
Would they have bothered if all those notes were RFID
embedded and appearing on BLACK-MAIL
mobile app of IT / ED departments as a fast moving balloon, on Google Map ?
Embedding high denomination currency notes with RFID micro-sensors , have the potential to
generate ( - and strictly as a " by-product " ) :
# Currency Flow Maps
of India ( like maps of fast moving Ocean Currents or Air Streams )
# Currency Density
Maps of India ( like Population Density Maps )- down to individual
building / flat !
If all of us think : What is the use of sending /
forwarding these emails to the Policy Makers , since no one seems to be
listening ?,
then , we are giving up , too soon ! We would have lost
the battle even before starting !
That would be a defeatist attitude !
How long can those Policy Makers ignore if a million persons
start forwarding these suggestions ?

Dear Hemenji
I am in total awe for your
time and again emphasising on the most reliable way of finishing off the black
money menace. It simply beats my imagination the way you have been putting
forward convincing reasons, on different occasions, how this boldest measure
will benefit the entire nation for all times to come. One strong dose for
treating many ills of the nation.
Really, the future belongs to
not only men with a vision, conviction but also determination to take bold
steps. Your suggested face-saving provisions of 'disclaiming ownership' and of
'non prosecution' should be enough to come clean once and for all, for the
immediate & long term welfare of the Indians. You also assure no need of
'discussions' or 'passing any Bill' for implementing this. Has this been vetted
by the legal eagles of India, I wonder.
Hemenji, perhaps, many like
me are dying to know from you if and what response, if at all any, have you received
from those entrusted with the governance of this country? Are they going to let
go of this golden opportunity? Why there is such indifference from the GOI,
better to say, the PM who is not only impatient to improve the quality of life
for the Indians but open to out-of-the-box ideas for achieving this? When they
are too busy with day to day and urgent matters and a person like you is fully
concentrating on original, refined and evaluated solutions, why shouldn't they
acknowledge and convey readiness to discuss & consider them? Hope and pray,
a sense of urgency dawns upon them and at least a dialogue is initiated.

For over 2 years , I have
been saying that making high denomination currency notes to " declare their locations ", is not only
possible but that it is the ONLY PERMANENT

THE TECHNOLOGY
Researchers from Birmingham
City University plan to create an " Internet
of Clothes " that tags garments using washable contactless
technology , known as Radio Frequency Identification ( RFID )
WASTE NOT , WANT NOT
Researchers said, users can
now move away from the idea of ownership of clothing, to use them as long as
they need them
HOW IT WORKS
Step # 1 : Users
will receive a tweet and message every day from the clothing asking to be worn
Step # 2 : Forgotten
items in the wardrobe will text owners to remind them they are gathering dust
Step # 3 : If the
notifications are ignored by the user, the garments will get in touch with a
clothing charity

Business Line " adds :
" Think of the surprise
when an owner suddenly receives bids for items they did not know were in their
wardrobe "
Now in India , the owners /
hoarders of crores of BLACK MONEY , are unlikely
to forget how many of Rs 1000 / 500 , currency notes they have stashed away -
and precisely where !
But , if those notes were
embedded with RFID micro-sensors ( thinner than human hair ) - as repeatedly
suggested by me - then those owners would certainly get surprised ( albeit ,
unpleasant ! ), when they receive an SMS from the Income Tax Department /
Enforcement Directorate , saying :
" Please , explain the
source of 10,000 currency notes of Rs 1000 each , located in your Bank Locker /
home cabinet , at GPS located address, XYZ ( or different nos at
different locations )
Of course , if you disclaim its ownership and surrender these
amounts within 24 hours, for productive use by the nation for building
infrastructure - and , thereby create millions of jobs , we will not prosecute you "
MY LOGIC
If clothes remaining unused (
for a long time ) want to become " useful " by being offered for
charity , then why not provide the same advantage to Rs 100 lakh*crores worth of high denomination currency notes,
lying unused in bank lockers / home cabinets ?
Surely , these notes do not
like to be held " hostage / remain unused / gather dust " and would
want to move , from hand-to-hand , by free circulation in MAINSTREAM LEGAL ECONOMY !
Whereas yesterday's passing
of GST Constitutional Amendment Bill in
Lok Sabha , is no doubt a great reform , it will be , at least 3 years before we see its positive impact on
our GDP ( ignoring the fact that it took
10 years of debate / discussions /
persuasions to reach this stage ! )
But , on the other hand
embedding RFID sensors into high
denomination currency notes would need,
# No
discussions ( since, no political party would want to appear to be protecting the
black money ! )
# No
passing of any Bill in the Parliament
And its impact on the economy
/ GDP , will become visible within 3 months of its implementation
