I can only guess how your “ AI Talent Search Engine “ shortlists suitable candidates from a database of 600 M + ( 600 Million ? ) professionals
Assuming that it does a GOOD JOB ( of shortlisting candidate resumes ) , how about developing a version that could predict :
# WHICH company will
# advertise WHAT job ( vacancy ) , and
# WHEN
And then send “ Job Alerts “ to those professionals on their mobiles ( march-making of JOBS with CANDIDATES ) – and enable them to APPLY ONLINE , directly from their Mobiles ?
