Since the application was not in a running condition, Mr Heman Parekh has taken

through the logic and its functionalities in detail.

The backup files were shared for testing.

Mr Hemen Parekh expected to revert with a Presentation on application wise ease of

revival with developments or without developments if any and keeping in view its

alignment with TMI Goals but also to evaluate if the application has the potential in the

Market to generate revenue.

Mr Parekh expected the TMI team to revert with Timelines

on presenting the same.

TMI Team agreed in studying the application after hosting to a UAT server and will come

out with a report as expected by Mr Parekh.

In case of any issues/concerns during the time of hosting will seek the help from Mr

Parekh's Team.

Actions

Understanding the Source code from the backup files

Connecting the components from the source code

Hosting to a UAT Server

Running the application

Testing end to end functionalities and making the report in alignment with the TMI Goals

Adding the recommendations on developments to be carried out in case required at any

of the stages

Preparing the presentation and presenting it to T Sreedhar internally for his suggestions.

Presenting it to the Mr Heman Parekh and Team

Timelines on the above actions will be shared
