FW: Creating OPT-IN database for B2B

An explanation is in order

Originally , I had thought of 2 separate pages for  * Broadcast   and for   * Promotion

Then I thought , it was better to combine both these features into a single page , as you see in attachment

I called this combined page , " Hoarding of the World "


Idea was :


* PAID subscribers who do not wish to spend money in pro-actively blasting their messages , can simply upload these on " Hoarding
  of the World " page ( where the messages sit pretty , awaiting to be discovered by some interested subscribers )

* Even " casual visitors " can SEARCH / SEE the messages but cannot click " I am interested " button

* Of course , nothing to stop any casual visitor to take down the " Advertiser Contact Details "(appearing within the body of the Advt)
   and approach directly ( I am encouraging all Subscribers to include full contact details in message text )

* Subscribers ( PAID - and now FREE LISTERS ) , too can Search / See any uploaded messages . They can also click on " I am
   interested " button , if they are logged in . Earlier , I had thought of charging the PAID subscribers ( Rs 0.2 , our standard tariff )
   for clicking " I am interested " button but now that we plan to add one more category of Subscribers , called FREE LISTERS , we
   must forget about charging and make it free for all

*  I have also thought of a separate page , where Subscribers ( PAID as well as FREE LISTERS ) and casual visitors , can search the
    entire database of ALL the COMPOSED MESSAGES ( Live or Deleted ; Blasted or Passive ), which can be searched using various
    " Search Parameters " and found and viewed and responded to . But this is a low priority item

I would like to be part of your list if I see value in what you are going to send me which is not coming out from the 2 options given below.
