I am glad that the project team will work to finish by 7^th March

 

Along with the typing ( of handwritten notes ), it is equally important to upload the same on personal.ai , very next day. I believe Sandeep does this

I have reviewed the Project progress with the team.

 

Initially when the target date was mentioned ; the team assumed that it would be doable to complete at least 75 pages per day with a team of 5.

However, when the actual project started – they observed that multiple pages have diagrams, graphs, tables which need to be manually entered and that is taking time. For instances the boxes once drawn need to be aligned, text formatted and aligned.

Also they have been assigned few other projects parallely slowing down this process.

 

Keeping above in mind from a realistic perspective

·         The team will target to complete 45/50 pages a day

·         That should approx.. take about 3 months. Having said that the team has been asked to ensure this project be taken up on priority and additional time be invested at their end beyond work hours

·         In case the pages do not have graphs; the team can complete more pages daily

·         Thus keeping above in mind revised date for completion if not earlier will be 7^th March

·         To track the project progress, I am suggesting that going forward Sanjivani edits the update sheet so that every individual name reflects with no of pages against the same completed and further consolidated total also reflects

·         Also, I have advised the team that any task assigned to them; they need to close loop and update you on the status real time proactively
