Hi Hemen - so we are making some changes to the application access while we do some major upgrades to systems while at the conference this week.

All the existing beta users will be unable to access the application for around 4-5 days of time unless your user profile is upgraded. We haven't had chance to put existing users through the upgrade journey yet.

Since you are one of the actives, we can put you in the upgrade journey in advance which will prompt to enter credit card but I will apply 6 month coupon on the backend (active-beta-thank-you :-)) so you will continue to have access to the application and your AI.

Let me know if you want to do this and send me email address for your primary AI. Once you say yes I will put you in upgrade path and apply coupon, then you logout/login to finish profile and go into app.
