It is time to share some good news about Tejora, the Company which my son promoted 15 years ago and which my DIL has been managing for the last nearly 2 years, almost single handedly.

Here is the announcement she made to Tejora staff on the Makara Sankranti day. I thought I need to share this happy news with my email group.

Dear Tejoraites,

Happy New Year to all of you!

If there is one word, that plays constantly on my mind, then that word is "Growth", individual Tejoraite's growth as well as the Company's growth.

To achieve and sustain the growth that we aspire; And the pace with which we want to achieve it, it was time to strengthen our management team. 

So, with great pleasure, I want to introduce to you all our new and much stronger management team.

Mr Pradeep Pathak, joining us as 'CEO'. 

Pradeep has 38 years of total experience, out of which 16 year in IT industry. His last stint was with L&T Infotech as SAP Business Head (International) where he took the business from US $40 million to $130 million.

Mr Sandeep Mishra, joining us as 'Director - Business Development'. Sandeep is a seasoned sales professional with over 40 years of Sales Experience in companies like L&T, L&T Infotech and Oracle India. As Head of India Sales with L&T Infotech, he increased company's footprint in India & Middle East, especially in BFSI segment where they had a negligible presence in the beginning. 

Mr Shrikant Jawalkar, joining us as 'Director, Engineering'. 

Shrikant has over 20 years’ experience each in IT and procurement domain. Provided leadership to IT departments for large organisations. He was CIO of Larsen & Toubro Limited, E&C Division and later Head of IT with Saud Bahwan Group (Oman). He has managed more than 250 people IT team and business of USD 8 Billion.

I and Geeta will continue in our current role as MD and 'Director - Operations' respectively.

We are formalizing our strategy for coming year(s) and soon you will get to hear of it.
