I would suggest that we should recharge for a Month which is 708/- primary TV + 250/- Secondary tv

Total of 958/- for a month. As the new reduced price is not yet introduced by TATA.

As per your current package you have Base Pack - Platinum HD which has 571 Channels (471 SD channels + 93 HD Channels)
I have attached the list of channels. Kindly have a look at the same and let me know your choice. 

I have spoken with TATA customer care as well and have rectified the issue of Multi TV connection. They have taken a complaint regarding the same.

These are the DigiCard numbers of the 2 TATA SKY tv connections at my residence

Some one at Tata Sky told Niyati that their record shows 3 tv connections  in our name !

If they have been charging us for 3 connections for the past one year , whereas we are actually having ONLY 2 , then , as of today , there has to be quite an amount of CREDIT amount in our account  - which they claim , got exhausted today !

My voice is not working so , pl talk to Niyati for what Tata Sky fellow told us

If there is no way out , then I suggest you arrange to renew , TO DAY itself , our ( 2 tv ) subscription for just ONE MONTH

Then follow up with TRAI for clarification , as requested in my following mail ( which bounced – did not get delivered ) . Yesterday , I had asked Sandeep to resend it . I don’t know whether he did

Dear Sirs,

I refer to your following Press Release :


It reads :

Consumer has complete freedom to choose their desired 100 Standard Definition (SD) channels within the network capacity fee of maximum Rs.130 I-.

The desired channels could be in A-Ia-carte Free to Air channels or Pay channels or bouquet of pay channels or any combination thereof.


The choice completely rests with the consumers.


I tried to reach you over the phone but could not ( busy / temporarily disconnected )

I have 2 tv connections from TATA SKY at my residence in ANDHERI – MUMBAI , for which , I have been ( so far ) forced to pay about Rs 14,000 per year – as a result of having to select certain BOUQUETS of channels – whether I needed all or not !


Hence, I am extremely thankful to TRAI for this PRESS  RELEASE , which enables me to select INDIVIDUAL TV CHANNELS of my choice , instead of entire BOUQETS


Unfortunately , upon visiting web site of TATA SKY just now , I found that there is no provision for ALA CARTE selection , unless , I first select ( forcibly ) , some BASIC PACK  !


This is totally contrary to your Press Release !


I urge you to inquire into this matter on an urgent basis and instruct TATA SKY to modify their ONLINE offering to truly reflect your instructions
