RE: A USEFUL RESOURCE

Mitchelle,

Should you decide to take help from 100 HR managers of Client ( or any other ) company , for finalizing this list , they should be told that this exercise is  NOT to be undertaken , in respect of THEIR company

At this stage , we seek their help only for ZERO-ing
On 20 GENERIC words that could apply across any no of companies

Warm Regards,

Mitchelle,

I suppose , you meant , “ Corporate Culture “ of any given client company ( since , our attempt is to develop a CULTURE FIT INDEX , between a given candidate and a given client )

We are NOT talking about keywords defining 3P Culture

I believe a list of 68 keywords is too long for any HR manager ( of our Client Company ) , to tick  !

We should try to reduce it to ( say ) 20

May be we can ask TL to just pick those 20 which they consider most “ relevant / appropriate / universally applicable “ from this list ( which is a very good starting point ) , by placing number 1 to 20

Then find the frequencies of each selection

Or,

May be take all 68 and “ rate “ each on a scale of 1 ( least relevant ) to 5 ( most relevant ) before adding up the total of “ Score received “ by each keyword

One more possibility :

Prashant knows how to create an Online Survey using Google Survey

We could then , send this survey to ( say ) 100 client HR Manager and request them to “ rate “ these as explained above

Of course , we should explain the purpose of our survey and promise to share the findings , when over

Such a survey can ( perhaps ) be posted on LinkedIn like the following :

The right vibes. It's hard to quantify that because if we could, we would not need HRs anymore. We could automate the whole process then. However, the right vibes will definitely be dependent on parameters involving, attitude, experience, skill match, qualification, soft skills etc. If your question is what is the #1 parameter, then maybe a supervised model to estimate weights of each of these parameter would suffice.

Mitchelle :

Following article will help you in designing that “ Corporate Culture Check List “ that I mentioned in my mails earlier

If you can prepare a “ draft “ , we can get together , debate it and finalize it , before sending to Akshay / Rohit
