Hi Friends,

Even as I launch this today ( my 80th Birthday ), I realize that there is yet so much to say and do. There is just no time to look back, no time to wonder,"Will anyone read these pages?"

RE: Re-visiting Good Old Times

 Geetha,

Kamal did phone me – and talked to me at length – 2 days back. He also sent to me some literature, which I have forwarded To :

#  Shri Gaurang Sanghvi ( Trustee of N M Parekh Cancer Hospital – Rajkot )

#  Dr Darshan K Shah ( my nephew, who is a leading Urologist of Ahmedabad and connected with a few hospitals there )

I have asked Darshan to contact Kamal , set up a meeting and understand better

I will follow up with both

In the meantime, is it possible to provide a REFERENCE LIST of hospitals where NIRAMAI technology has been in use for some time ?

( Name of Hospital / City / Installed since  / Doctor or Admin in Charge of installation / His – her contact details )

You may even consider hosting such a list on your website .  Satisfied customers are your biggest sales-persons

In his email, Kamal has not indicated any “ Price “ for the installation although he did talk about two versions : one which is stationary located in a hospital room , and another lighter version which could be installed in a van and carried from one village to another

He did mention that the main “ Thermal Imaging Machine “ needs to be imported – and , it is quite expensive . Your associated AI software requires no down payment ( at least, that is how I understood )  but it is “ pay per use “ basis

As far as I can see, what you need is a hospital which can administer this procedure to hundreds of ladies everyday ( with vastly differing Demographic profiles ) , in order to rapidly build up impressive statistics – which can convince other hospitals

With regards,

hemen

Dear Hemen Sir,

It is great to hear from you.. I do very well recall our past interactions from HP. Thank you for your generosity to cancer care that helps many women.

Regarding the breast symptom shown by madam, yes it is advisable to go for a test. NIRAMAI test is available at HealthSpring centres at Mumbai though the clinics are not operational for last one month due to COVID.  However, If you can please let me know the Mumbai area you are in, I will make arrangements to get a NIRAMAI screening done for your wife, Sir.

Look forward to our renewed interactions.

Thanks and Regards,

Geetha

Dear Geetha,

At the outset, congratulations for your innovative technology for detection of Breast Cancer

Does Niramai have such detection facility installed in any Mumbai hospital ,where I can take my wife ( 82 years ) for a check up ? During past 10 days, she has twice detected very slight oozing from nipple of her right breast – which has got me worried

It may please you to know that, some 6 months back, I donated Rs 120 lakhs to Rajkot Cancer Society run N M Parekh Cancer Hospital

From the interest earned from this corpus , this hospital carries out FREE mammography for 80 + women , EVERY MONTH

As to our past association, I reproduce below some emails
