This is NOT URGENT / to be attended only AFTER completing the Surprise-Exam feature in My Teacher
On my PC , Sandeep just now installed the Chrome extension of Personal.ai
He tested its working ( as I watched on ANY DESK ) by selecting URLs of two NEWS ITEMS ( from Times of India etc ) and uploaded on Personal.ai ( my login )
We noticed that ( in one case ) , the Number of Memory Blocks went up by 7
This proved one thing , viz : Uploading URLs of online NEWS ITEMS , does help to increase the no of memory blocks
Now :
Sanjivani already has some 140 URLs awaiting for uploading on BLOG GENIE , for generating Blogs
She can use these very same URLs for posting in Personal.ai , using Chrome extension
Questions :
Ø Should she follow a sequence of ( 1 ) First upload on Personal.ai, using extension ( 2 ) Use the same URL for generating a blog ( say , a few minutes / days later ) ?
Ø Would such a sequence bring up a “ Better looking / better sounding “ BLOG in Blog Genie ?
Ø Could we avoid this DUPLICATE uploading , without losing any advantage “

On top of what I described below, here are a few other things that AI can do besides “ Superimposing “ on those Graphical Profiles , its own “ Observation / Interpretations “ of what that PICTURE is trying to TELL you :
Ø AI can actually “ Read Aloud “ those TEXT observations , in 50 Indian ( or Foreign ) languages ( ala www.HemenParekh.ai )
Ø Let us assume AI is able to “ access “ 50 million resumes ( Profiles on Linkedin and on other job portals + NCS ) , each having ( assume ) , 10 years of work experience , during which , on an average, each of those executives , has changed 3 jobs ( with precise date / age at which job changed ). This means 50 million x 3 = 150 million “ Training Parameters “ for AI. With such a Data for training , AI will be able to PREDICT , exactly WHEN , is any given candidate likely to change his current ( or offered ) job !- job jumper ?
One of the things which interviewers ( headhunters ) find it very difficult to make out ( during the course of an interview ) is the CULTURAL FIT of a candidate with the culture of the recruiting organization
AI can do this reasonably well . If – and when - interested , I can devise a LOGIC for doing this
Incidentally , each telephonic or face to face , conversation can be made into INPUT for training the AI, without , in any way , compromising the PRIVACY of the candidate concerned , assuring him total ANONYMITY . AI will only get “ trained “ on the AGGREGATED DATA POINTS

Given sufficient “ Training Data “ of millions of jobs / vacancies advertised by ( say ) 1 LAKH companies on job portals , over the past 5 years, AI can accurately PREDICT , which Company is likely ( Probability ) to advertise WHAT job and WHEN ( useful lead for headhunters )

You can Submit Your resume in stages over a period of time. We have divided this form into several, modules. To begin with, you need to fill - in only the MAIN MODULE. Then re - visit, log - in and fill - in the other modules, as and when you feel like. Of course, you are welcome to fill - in - all the modules in "one go" ! This is more likely to happen when you see your GRAPHICAL PROFILE emerge in front of your eyes, within a few seconds of filling in each module.

· At all times, MASTER DEFAULT PROFILE SET remains infect / unchanged.
· Individual Sub - profiles within the MASTER can be changed / modified by editing the INPUT DATA in the corresponding MODULE (eg. Edu - quali/ salary/ Designation/ Employer Name etc, which do keep changing over time)
· At any given point of time, only ONE "Customized Profile Set" can exist. You can create a new / fresh "Customized set" by deleting / clearing the existing set.
· Whenever you "Apply Online" or "Blast Your Resume", your latest / existing "Customized Profile Set" will get emailed to concerned corporate Recruiters.
· If you have not created any "Customized Profile Set", then your MASTER DEFAULT PROFILE SET will get emailed to corporate Recruiters.
