RE: FW: Congratulations, Shri Anurag Jainji

 Pramod,

This is great news and I await to study the User Interfaces and Databases ( Employers and Posted vacancies / Jobseekers and their Resumes / Partner job-portals ? )

Way back ( 14 Nov 1997 ), I had launched www.3pJobs.com as a Job-portal

A few years later, it morphed into a Brochure Site of my company 3P Consultants   ( a brick and mortar , headhunting firm , operating at GM-VP / CEO level mandates – some 20 + listed on our site )

Question :

Ø Would it help jobseekers at large, if 3P site was to become a “ Partner Website “ of DESH Eco system ?

Ø If yes, what would be the process for joining ?

You would appreciate that we ( 3P ) are prohibited by our Clients to reveal their identities to anyone – except to a few potential executives , who we consider to be fit candidates against our mandate

Regards,

hemen

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman mentioned the launch of an e-portal for a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood. Christened DESH STACK, the e-portal will aid in skilling, upskilling and reskilling. "It will also provide API-based trusted skill credentials, trusted skills credentials, payment and discovery layers to find relevant jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities," said the Finance Minister

I suppose this is what you were referring to

It's not my plan! I am only one player in all our collective efforts in taking India to next level. MSDE (skill ministry) is working on the concept note and plans that they will announce soon in few weeks. Thanks.

Dear Members of ERA ( Executive recruiters Association ) ,

Excuse me for intruding on your time

But, it is time for all of us to ask :

“  How can I contribute to delivering job-related info to jobseekers ? “

Answer is :

“  Join up the Open Network Platform for Jobs “ – as a PARTNER – when it gets launched

But, it won’t get designed / developed / launched, unless each one of us forwards following proposal to Shri Anurag Jain [ Secretary  - DPIIT ]

I urge you to write to him

With regards,

Dear Friends from Media ,

Unemployment has always been a huge problem for us in India – what with some 12 million youth joining the work-force each year

After onset of COVID , two years back, “  joblessness “  situation has only worsened

Given this background, what we urgently need is an Open Network protocol for “ Job Search “ on hundreds of job-portals , which host thousands of vacancies

Some 65 million MSME do not use these existing Job-portals, because :

Ø   Each require,  may be just 1- 5 additional employees per year

Ø  For such “ occasional /  few “ vacancies, MSME cannot afford to pay Rs 30,000 – Rs 250,000, by way of subscription to Job Portals to “ Post Vacancy – Search Resumes “

This situation, makes these 65 million MSMEs, “ Non-Consumers “ of “ Online Recruitment Industry “

“ When “ implemented ( not a question of “ If “ ),   my following suggestion will go a long way to deliver “ Job Alerts “ to millions of unemployed, in farthest corners of India ( using MY JOBS app to apply from their mobiles )

As eminent MEDIA persons, you have the power to influence our Policy Makers ( e-mail IDs shown below )

I urge you to wield your power for the benefit of the unemployed, by endorsing my suggestion ( by forwarding to the Policy Makers )

Jobs for All = Peace on Earth

Govt’s e-comm net in talks with companies    /    TOI    /    15 Jan 2021

Extract :

Government-backed Online Digital Commerce Network (ONDC) has begun talks with private players, including some major e-tailers, to develop the platform modelled on the lines of UPI.

"The idea is to give more choice to consumers, who will be able to access a wider pool of sellers through ONDC. It will help in democratising the world,"  Anurag Jain, secretary in the department for promotion of industry and internal trade, told TOI.

He said the open structure will allow companies to build on the architecture just as players such as Google Pay, Paytm and PhonePe are using UPI.

On Friday, the ONDC architecture was unveiled at the Startup Innovation Week.

With the broad architecture in place, the government is looking at setting up a not-for-profit company with around a dozen banks, depositories, exchanges and NPCI as the initial shareholders.

Consumers can simply log on to an app, such as one that offers UPI, and order whatever they wantwith ONDC connecting them with sellers and logistics players, besides giving them payment options

Those developing ONDC have started making presentations to e-commerce players and logistics companies, who would be the main actors.

The pitch to them is that the
e-commerce players can focus on the buyers or consumers, without having to focus on sellers.

With more sellers, from kiranas to other retailers and service providers on board, the e-tailers, who have been enrolling entities, will be able to use the platform to increase choice, transparency and trust of consumers.

The sellers can also enter into arrangements with delivery partners and logistics players to move away from platforms such as Amazon or Flipkart and sell directly to consumers through the platform.

MY  TAKE  :

On ONDC post { Linkedin / 15 Jan 2022 }, I commented as follows :

Dear Speakers,
