Sir i sent an email 
to Mitchelle, she agreed also that i can share with her relevant cvs which are having salary beyond ₹50LPA today morning but i received a call from her saying that Managing Director is not comfortable that i will charge candidate 1 Month Salary on their Successful Placement Managing Director also said they won't pay us anything as, well even if I don't charge candidate so they say to send candidates to them as a charity / good faith

At first , I do not understand what you are trying to convey to me
But , even if I understand , I left all active role in 3P , some 15 years ago - and strongly believe that I must not interfere with decisions of 3P Executives
