Dear Bindu,
Thanks for your prompt response
In the meantime , I have also subscribed to your online brochure to remain updated on further developments
I thank you for your offer for collaboration . Unfortunately , despite being vastly interested in the subject , I am unable to take advantage of your offer ( being 85 years old and a heart patient )
From Youtube , I came across videos of some more commercially available products , also claiming to extract water from air , using solar energy
However I could not find any tabulation comparing for these products :
# Technical Specs including “ Hourly – Daily Extraction Capacities “
# Power / Energy sources and their costs per litre of water produced
# Cost / litre of Consumables ( filters etc ) and maintenance, if any
# Capital costs ( for each model / size wise ) / Other associated installation costs ( eg: civil / Elec / Mech )
# Product life
In absence of such “ apple for apple “ comparison , it becomes difficult for a prospective customer to decide
I do agree that , if the initial Capital Cost { product price } can be brought down substantially ( through local manufacture ? ), this product could have a huge market in India , which is headed for “ water wars “
In the past , on this subject , I have written several blogs and sent to our Cabinet Ministers as emails , some of which are listed below
With regards,
Hemen
