Select any year from a drop-list . Then , next select the “ Document Type “ ( ie ; Lab reports / X Rays / Prescriptions / Others “ etc to further drill down
You may want to consult some doctors and expand this TYPES ( eg : Under LAB reports , you may consider , “ Blood Report “ / “ Urine Report “ etc
# “ Record – wise “
First select a TYPE of RECORD, then drill down “ Year wise “
I think ,such a feature would be highly desirable
