USE OF COLD ASPHALT

Dear Sir,

 

I just came across following news :

 

BMC cements plan to use plastic in roads 

Congratulations for this initiative which serves the purpose of recycling plastic and , at the same time making the roads last longer !

 

 

I am also aware  that , in the past, BMC has experimented with use of COLD ASPHALT for repairing potholes.

 

 

But there is no large-scale application of this product, ostensibly due to its high cost !

 

 

This seems strange since , world over , this technology has proved cheaper and more effective
