As soon as all graphs are ready ( which I expect to get over by 20th Feb ), suggest you have a face-to-face meeting( either in 3P office or INCOME office ), with Sanjivani during which :
Ø Carry out all corrections / standardization ( fonts – captions – spacing – spread across the width of the page etc ) and other cosmetic improvements
Ø Insert ( embed ) the graphs within the WORD documents already formatted by Sanjivani
This should be completed by 25th Feb

In the first graph, the top caption box is missing !
Rest is OK , except I am still uncomfortable with text inside caption boxes , too big ( font size wise ) and almost touching all sides of the box
Suggest try smaller fonts ( although can remain upper case ) inside boxes or increase box size ( whichever looks better in each case )
