From these, you will need to prima-facie “ eliminate “ 90 % ( 45 million ) , through a cursory examinations of  prescribed “  Qualifications “ . May take an army of “ examiners “ , many months , if attempted to do this employing humans !

 

 

Thereafter , interviewing the remaining 5 million in 2 stages ( preliminary and final ), would take, another few MONTHS !

 

 

Can technology , telescope the entire process into few weeks ?
