Hi Friends,

Even as I launch this today ( my 80th Birthday ), I realize that there is yet so much to say and do. There is just no time to look back, no time to wonder,"Will anyone read these pages?"

Dear Parekh,

The above mail you sent me is the right font and spacing for your blogs/mails. You may try this out in your next communication.

Dear Danait,

I see definite merit in your suggestion to reduce spacing between paragraphs

I will give it a try but , old habits ( from L&T days of handwritten notes ) , die hard !

I am glad that you like my blogs

hcp

Dear Parekh,

I read your blogs and emails to various dignitaries with interest. I find your suggestions extremely innovative and at the same time practical if the recipients were to apply their mind to them.

However I have a suggestion. I find the mails rather long, not because of their content but because of the spacing between lines. My suggestion is that you bring the spacing to normal as in this mail to you and you will have half the number of pages that you would normally send. Of course, you may place emphasis or italics when required. This would make the contents more appealing to people who have probably very little time or inclination to read them.

I hope you don’t mind my suggestions to you as a friend.

Warm regards,

Waman Danait.
