Greetings!

We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to support our Key Client accounts/JDs for the domestic market

We wish to engage only with current running consultancies having own setup/ team for Domestic recruitment (IT/non IT)

We cater following Industries - IT, Manufacturing/Engineering, Pharma/Biotechnology/Healthcare,Oil & Gas/ Chemical/Petrochemical, BFSI/Capital markets/Banking, FMCG/Retail/Consumer goods, Hospitality, Real estate/Construction/Building material, Media/Ecommerce/Digital etc.

 

Terms

 

·         Profit sharing- We do recruitment on equal Profit sharing- (50:50) for all levels, all industries PAN India.

·         Contract- We sign contract agreement with you before starting the work.

·         Ticket size CTC-We do recruitment for CTC ticket sizes 6 L to 2 CR+

·         Setup/Portal -You need to have your own set up/team & portal login (Naukri/monster etc)

·         The communication with the clients./candidates happens only through the official email ID provided to you by us.

·         We maintain transparency in the communication with the clients, hence in loop you for all written email communication. (There is an exception having multiple JDs & multiple partners working simultaneously.)

·         You need to commit the number of JDs you can handle in a day (2 JDs min)

·         Payouts are paid without deducting any TDS. (No GST to be charged to us & we pay to the owner’s/consultancies accounts via NEFT/IMPS)

·         Your role- Sourcing, Candidate Coordination, client coordination (Case to case basis).

·         Payment terms: 30 days after date of joining of the candidate

·         Sign up rates-The general sign up rates with clients are 8.33% or 7%

·         Turn around time for delivery is 1 day, feedback from the client: Generally 1-2 day or less

·         The coordination happens with our team in Pune & modus operandi can be discussed if & once you decide to proceed.
