I chanced upon this and found that , I had broadly grouped these ( Letters to L&T Employees ) into following :
[ A ] Communicating with Management [ 68 letters ]
[ B ] Communicating with Union Leaders [ 20 letters ]
[ C ] Communicating with Workers [ 86 letters ]
[ D ] Communicating with Government [ 1 letter ]
Hence, we may divide the book into these 4 broad CHAPTERS
After a very cursory look, I thought of following SECTIONS
[ A ]
Section Names :
# Productivity : Strategies and Tactics
# Pyramid of Participative Work Culture
# Communicating : In good times and bad times
# A Management gets the Union it deserves
[ B ]
Section Names :
# Collective Bargaining
[ C ]
Section Names :
# Case Studies of Other Companies
# Profitability : A matter of survival
# “ Go Slow “ hurts everyone
# Competition ? Cost cutting is the answer
# Sun Rises in the West
Under each SECTION , there can be 10-15 ( relevant ) letters
Apart from the “ 4 Chapters “ , the CONTENT / INDEX will also have a 5th heading called ANNEXURES
Here, I propose including those letters which were received , either by me directly or by Shri Gunaji ( Bombay Chamber ) + some Charts / Graphs / Photos
I would appreciate your suggestions in respect of the SECTION NAMES
Only once, we finalize these , I suppose you can start listing of each letter under a given Section Name
In the meantime, Sanjivani will use these TEXTS ( from www.3pjobs.com website ) for formatting
