Although, I do send my emails to a group “Chief Minister 2019 “ , you are right that these may not get read by the concerned Ministers .

 

But that GROUP contains email IDs of the Chief Ministers , picked up from govt web sites ( some of which do not get updated for months !  ) . So , marking individual email ID may not make any difference !

 

But here is some good news :

 

Ø  Since Uddhav Thackrey took over , I do occasionally get a reply from his office, saying that my mail has been forwarded to the concerned department [ 4 – 5 replies so far ]

 

Ø  Over the past 12 months , I may have received 6 / 7 similar replies from the office of Arvind Kejriwal

 

Ø  I do get acknowledgement ( personal – not computer generated ) from Dr Harsh Vardhan, to every 4^th / 5^th email ( just got one – “ noted “ – today , within 4 hours of sending mail ! )

 

I do not have any other option !
