I just came across following news report in Hindustan Times ( April 24 ) :

 

IIT Delhi to rope in startups to boost deep- tech research                                       ,

 

At one place it reads :

If you have a great idea in deep tech space, IIT-D will take care of the rest

 

At an age of 86, I am no “ Entrepreneur / Start Up “ ( - even if I launched 3P Consultants, at the age of 57, after serving L&T for 30 + years )

 

But I urge you to motivate some Start Up to develop following “ Deep Tech Platform “ with huge “ Social Context “   :

 

Transport : an Integrated Logistic Plan ?    

 

 

Trans-portability Theory   

 

 

National Clean Air Tax ? – a Pigovian tax ? 

 

 

Pigovian Tax for Polluters ?
