·       Increased the TAT and hit rate of RFQ from 9% to 26%  within  a span of 2 years.

·       Brought 6 customers for a Built to Print projects creating a revenue of over $ 22 M.

·       Brought in cost reduction of 8 % of the total spends overall for the organisation.

·       Managed Programmes of $ 150 M of OFFSET business with limited cash flows, flawlessly meeting the customer deadlines. 

·       Single handedly built state of art product build facility exclusively for Israel customers from blue print stage.

·       Successfully made JV with machine shop, which became a backward integration for the defence product build for Rangsons .

·       Successfully built Cable Harness facility from Blue print stage to become another important backward integration for Rangsons   specially for Defence and Aerospace Industry.

·       Built successfully a team of skilled people to build a systems from a stage of PCB assy thereby enhancing the capabilities at Rangsons to product build from only PCBA build competency.
