Dear
GK :
The
only way to look upon the combination of " ResumesExchange + Synchronizer
" is ,
* Operating System for Recruitment
Just
as MS O/S is managing 70 % of the World's computers , we must work to
make Synchronizer , the default " Recruitment System " for 70 % of
India's Employers
When
combined with " OnlineJobsFair " , you will be compiling data on :
*
Who is advertising for What jobs
*
Who is applying for What jobs
*
How many are applying for each job
*
How many are getting short-listed / getting interviewed for what jobs and WHEN
*
How often , a Company is advertizing for a given vacancy
*
Which companies are " losing " employees and which companies are
" gaining " employees
*
How often are employees changing jobs
*
What is the TENURE PERIOD ?
*
Which INDUSTRIES / COMPANIES are hiring most ? ( Arranged in descending order )
*
What " Interview Questions " are being asked ? ( already popular
books : Interview Questions at Google / Microsoft )
*
What kind of candidates are " Employable / Unemployable " ?
And
a thousand other PERSONNEL ANALYTICS
All
compiled automatically / dynamically / continuously
And
displayed GRAPHICALLY
Only
a GREAT challenge can bring out the GREATNESS in you !

hcp

Dear Shrish :
Thanks for writing
I am glad you found my notes useful for possible incorporation
in your own future " web sites / apps "
There are no " insurmountable " technical problems in
construction of " OnlineJobsFair " web site
Given sufficient developmental resources ( 3 developers ? ) ,
that site could be up and running , in less than 2 months
However , before launching any developmental effort , we must
clearly define our " Short-term " and our " Long term "
objectives
Without doubt , THE most important objective is to make money !
But , if you are not in a hurry to make money ( from the
Corporate users of the web site ) for , say , couple of years , then the
strategy could be made , different
Eg :
> Launch www.ResumesExchange.com ,
FIRST
> From this site , allow any Corporate ( after
Registration ) , to download / install " SYNCHRONIZER
" tool on their PC ( free )
> " Synchronizer " will sort incoming
emails ( Inbox Reader ) / parse resumes / create " Structured Resume
Database " , ( GuruMine ) / allow
Resume Search , using " GuruSearch " search engine
> Once - a - day , Synchronizer will upload ( to
our web site ) , all the parsed resumes from users' PCs
> Simultaneously , Synchronizer will download (
re-write ? ) , our ENTIRE ONLINE RESUME DATABASE , onto each Subscriber's PC
In short , every Subscriber / User , has , on his PC , ALL the
resumes that get parsed every day , on every Subscriber's PC !
That could run into MILLIONS , if we manage to convince some 50,000
+ Corporate , who are currently Subscribers of Naukri / MonsterIndia /
TimesJobs
With millions of STRUCTURED / SEARCHABLE
resumes on every Corporate PC , there will be no need for them to subscribe to
Naukri / Monster / Timesjobs !
This will also motivate 5 million small / medium size businesses
( out of 50 million MSMEs of India ) to join www.resumesexchange.com ( these
businesses just don't ever use Online Recruitment Web sites , because they cannot
afford to pay the minimum subscription of Rs 60 , 000 /- for a quarter , for
filling just ONE / TWO vacancies )
But , you will ask :
When and how , will we make money ?
For that , you need to read the book " FREE " ( I forget the name of the Author
but in my library )
regards
hcp

Dear Mr. HC Parekh Sir,
I have gone through the hand written notes by you on "Online Job
Fair" and those notes are really amazing in terms of detailing and
considering all possibilities. We are definitely thinking of utilizing those
requirements by studying its product viability and usage.
Also we are in process of going through the folders and code from
the pen drive you have given. We will update you on the details from that data
in the next week.
Thanks & Regards,
Shrish Apte

Internet at my resi is down for last 5 days , hence I saw your mail only this morning from office
I am glad someone from your team will critically examine my concepts / source codes
Since Abhinandan was responsible for most of these past developments , he , being located in Pune , is in an ideal position to help your colleague understand the nuances of the code
Of course , your concerned colleague should feel free to phone me directly ( 09,67,55,08,08 )
From TMI ( Hyderabad ) , I expect the PEN drive before evening to day
Sanjivani will try to courier it to you today itself , if possible
regards,
hcp

Dear HCP,
This is to confirm that I received documents couriered by you today afternoon.
Thanks for sharing your innovative concepts and related technical aspects during our meeting. I greatly appreciate your subsequent follow up to organise for relevant information to enable in depth review; as also securing the source code from Hyderabad.
We are in the process of nominating a "Project Owner” to ensure prompt review of all the inputs being provided to us. We will also establish contact and co-ordinate with Abhinanadan, Shuklendu and others as required.
We will keep you informed about the progress on this project at regular intervals and seek your guidance as we move ahead.
With kind regards,
Ganesh Apte
