Shri Niranjan Hiranandani, President, NAREDCO West Foundation
(Maharashtra). We thankfully acknowledge the same.

The various suggestions given by you are quite well and they will be borne in
mind by our team. Also I'm marking a copy to Mr. Rohit Poddar, who is
compiling on construction of 3 lakhs units on priority basis, in Mumbai
Metropolitan Region.

At present, the entire team is working as how do we construct and handover 3
lakhs units within a period of 3 - 5 years and constructions of about a lakh unit
on 'No profit and no loss' basis for the Government beneficiaries such as Govt
staff, policemen, project affected person and other such, on various Govt lands
including salt lands, if allowed for development.
4.
I'll also appreciate if any concrete proposal from your side or from your friends
side is expected, which falls into affordable housing segment ( houses below 60
sq m carpet area). Please do tell them to approach NAREDCO office so that
they can also be added alongwith their issues in the kitty.
