Some years back , I proposed RESUME-EXCHANGE
Just now , I am going through :
which says :
“ Bitcoin clients work similarly, but there is a key difference.
Instead of accessing data from a centralized server, the Bitcoin client

integrity of the data, which can easily be determined since
every participant of this network is essentially storing the same database.

the data that is exchanged between
network participants, or nodes.
Nodes, by definition, are the individual participants
of a network.
When we refer to the nodes of the Bitcoin Network, we are talking about the people that have downloaded and that
are running a Bitcoin client.
Collectively, Bitcoin nodes are essentially
what the network is made of; a group of interconnected
machines running a client and exchanging data.”
I think , RESUME EXCHANGE ( with some modifications ) , could be
implemented using BLOCK-CHAIN technology .
My idea is to “ automatically synchronize ( every morning ) , database of RESUMES ,
arriving as emails ( or being downloaded from job portals ) , on the local
servers of millions of Employers / Recruiting Companies !
That will ensure that each Employer / Recruiter who
has downloaded and installed Resume-Exchange tool on his server, will have , in
course of time , a data-base of 100 MILLION resumes – bigger than the combined
database of leading job portals !
And RESUME EXCHANGE tool will enable each participant
to SEARCH this database of ( parsed ) resumes ( offline ) !
It is still possible to obsolete , Naukri /
MonsterIndia / TimesJobs / Shine / PeopleStrong / Blong / LinkedIn !
