Hope you are doing well .. i was in USA in the recent past and missed out
G2G meetings .. I just returned this week. Hope to meet with you when I

While I was reading article that appeared in ET today ( pl. see link
below) reminded me of your several blogs and emails (addresses to CJI and
others from Law Ministry) advocating extensive use of digital to reduce
time taken to dispose off huge backlog of legal cases in various courts
...

These start up providing inline alternate dispute resolution seems to be a
very good beginning !

Thought such specialised digital platforms could be created to resolve
huge no of cases ( that are stuck with small causes courts, family courts,
labour courts across the country) ..
