This is definitely an improvement – much better than the last one you sent me
For a better pleasing effect :
Ø Remove border ( box ) around the caption “ Number of A&P Stores “ and centralize this in the frame
Ø Remove hatching of the vertical bars
Ø Number characters ( above each bar ) > Increase font size and make bold
Ø Remove the word “Year “ below the x axis
Ø Remove the words “ No of Stores “ by the side of Y axis
Once these changes are carried out , send to Sanjivani for embedding within the text of the concerned LETTER , to see how it would look as a final / finished product
Graph itself, can be embedded with following options :
Ø Centralized but graph width = 1/3rd of text width
Ø Graph stretching fully across entire width of the text ( width )
