to the concerned Recruiter / HR Manager.
From such a

Then
replace these with

Whenever
this recruiter forwards that resume to anyone , the hyperlink will stay
clickable !
If that
job-advertiser happens to be a Recruitment Agency, there is a very good chance
that , over the months, he will forward that resume to dozens of his Corporate
clients. Just check-out with your own HR Manager how many resumes he receives
daily from Recruitment Agencies.
This could
become the ultimate “ viral marketing “
– the “ holy grail “ !
