In your reply to Bala, mention that HCP suggested that you reply since you were the person actually trying to login and post texts . Also mention that :

 

Ø From our office , two persons will be routinely uploading texts , from their desktops ( hence they need to login )

Ø From office , you will be uploading IMAGES ( photos ) , from your desktop ( hence, you too need to login )

Ø From residence , HCP will be uploading AUDIO recordings, from his desktop ( hence, he too need to login )

 

All at the same time . Ask if this will work OK

 

Pl give Bala, your mobile  number ( + office landline number ) + our office ZOOM number / - and request for a Zoom Meeting ( any time IST 10 am onwards )

 

Get confirmation re ; our USER NAME and our PASSWORD as recorded in their system

This duplication is the culprit ! My bad  !

 

Could you kindly DELETE the first / original https://hemenparekh8934.personal.ai. ? -   and let us continue with :  hemenparekh2076.personal.ai

 

 

Would that enable us to login and start posting texts ?
